摘 要:提出了定位控制系统中一种实现轴角-数字转换的设计方案,可以应用于需要对位置实现精确定位的系统当中。其核心技术是利用DSP丰富的I/O空间和旋转变压器及其转换器的高精度。与传统的位置控制系统相比,该方案简化了系统的复杂性,降低了成本,同时提高了系统的处理速度,适合实时信号处理,可靠性和通用性都得到了很大的提升。 关键词:定位控制;数字信号处理器;旋转变压器-数字转换器
Abstract: This article described an implementation of position control system in the shaft - the design of digital conversion. It can be applied to the system that need for accurate position. The core technology is the use of rich I / O space of DSP and the rotary transformer and the high-precision converters. Compared to the conventional position control system, the program simplifies the complexity of the system, reduces costs and increases the processing speed of the system. It is suitable for real-time signal processing, what’s more, it’s reliability and versatility have been greatly improved.
